Welcome to ALLEGIANCE CAPITAL

Supporting Airlines in Developing Countries

What we do

We are a boutique financing company specialising in structured financing solutions for small airlines. We have been in the aviation industry since 2001 involved with financial structuring, aircraft ownership, aircraft leasing, aircraft maintenance and operating small and large airlines, including some national airlines.

Financing

Securing finance for small airlines is often difficult, especially in developing countries. Allegiance Capital has relationships which are used to structure finance transactions, typically where sellers are willing to enter lease purchase agreements. Our partners are specialist aircraft financing companies, banks, developmental institutions, other private equity funds and high net worth individuals.

Leasing

Allegiance Capital leverages existing Lessor leases to bring favourable terms to new lease arrangements. Lessors are comfortable knowing that leases introduced by Allegiance Capital have been pre-vetted to ensure sustainability and creating win-win solutions.

Consulting

Starting an airline is a complex task with little room for error. Allegiance Capital has partnered with a highly qualified team of aviation experts to consult to our clients and partner airlines.
